Return and Exchange Policy
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After this period, all sales are considered final.
Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and unopened. To initiate a return, please email us at info@paylessbeds.ca with your order number, and we’ll assist you with the process. Note that some returns may be subject to a return shipping fee. Please contact us for more details.
Return Process: Once your return is approved, we’ll arrange a pickup date and time. Please ensure that the unopened box(es) are ready by the door for collection. If the box has been opened or the item is used, our drivers will not be able to accept the return.
After the pickup, the refund process will begin the next business day, and the amount will be returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Received the Wrong Item? We strive to fulfill orders accurately, but mistakes can occur. If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours so we can promptly arrange an exchange at no extra cost to you.
